How We Work Together

  • Clear Scope: Your signed service agreement will outline exactly what we’ll do for you.

  • Honest Expectations: While we work hard for your success, we can’t guarantee specific results such as exact insurance payments, revenue increases, or preventing financial challenges.

  • Your Role: You’ll provide accurate, timely information so we can serve you effectively and in compliance with HIPAA.

Payments & Fees

  • Our fees are clearly stated in your agreement.

  • Late payments may include a late fee and could result in paused services.

  • We accept multiple payment options for your convenience.

Your Privacy Matters

  • We follow all HIPAA requirements to protect your patient data.

  • Your business and patient information remain yours — always.

If We Part Ways

  • You can end services with 30 days’ written notice. (Dependent on Contracted Agreement Terms)

  • We may end services for non-payment, misuse, or serious violations of our agreement.

  • Any outstanding balances remain your responsibility.

Disagreements & Resolution
If a dispute arises, we’ll work with you first through open communication or mediation. If that doesn’t resolve it, we’ll follow arbitration in Colorado.
