Shaun Bloom, Chief Operating Officer of Bright Spectrum Billing Consultants LLC, brings over a decade of expertise in Data Analytics and Workforce Management to our leadership team. With a strong background in optimizing operations and implementing data-driven strategies, Shaun ensures our business runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest level of service to our clients.

From the very beginning, Shaun has been by Megan’s side, supporting every stage of the company’s growth. He has played an essential role in building the operational backbone of Bright Spectrum — managing projects, refining processes, and making sure our systems work seamlessly to deliver results for the providers we serve.

Shaun’s passion for our mission is deeply personal. As a father to 6 kiddos with two children on the autism spectrum, he has seen firsthand the transformative power of therapeutic services. This experience has opened his mind and heart to the therapy community, inspiring him to bring his skills and dedication to the world of healthcare operations.

In his role as COO, Shaun oversees day-to-day business operations, process improvement, and technical needs for the company. His goal is to ensure that Bright Spectrum continues to provide customized, high-quality solutions so that our clients can focus on treating their patients — while we take care of the rest.
